Their decades of experience in entrepreneurship, leadership, coaching, and organizational development allow Launchpad Co. to provide guidance rooted in experience, offering both structure and care. Their approach is calm, professional, and purpose-driven, equipping faith-driven individuals to build a legacy of impact.

Christian Victor McDaniel
Christian McDaniel is a seasoned entrepreneur, leadership strategist, and organizational builder with over 17 years of experience leading high-performance teams across food service, construction, real estate, nonprofit, and leadership development. He has founded multiple ventures, led multi-million-dollar operations with Chick-fil-A, and served in executive roles.
Currently, Christian oversees systems in a multi-site organization and helps entrepreneurs build with freedom, clarity, and intention. His leadership identity is rooted in his name—Christian Victor McDaniel—reflecting a mission-driven leader, an overcomer, and a legacy-builder.
Founding Member
Cathy McDaniel
Certified Entrepreneurship Coach, mentor, and leadership developer with a passion for helping individuals gain clarity, confidence, and direction in both business and life. With over a decade of experience in coaching, admissions, leadership development, and event leadership, Cathy has built and led teams of over 100 volunteers, guided students and leaders through pivotal decisions, and supported individuals through seasons of personal and professional change.
As a founding member of Launchpad Co., Cathy works with a select group of entrepreneurs through personal mentorship, mindset coaching, and clarity-focused conversations. She is especially gifted at helping leaders remove internal roadblocks, sharpen focus, and move forward with confidence and intention.
Cathy is also the author of Get Your Hopes Up: 31 Days of Giving Hope a Voice in Your Life and continues to invest in leaders, families, and entrepreneurs committed to growth, alignment, and long-term impact.
